Michael joined TECO Chemicals as a trainee in 2019, armed with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and innate initiative to perform various roles within the organization with dedication. As of June 2022, he has been promoted as a permanent member of our Sales & Operations team based at our office in Norway. During his traineeship, Michael was pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo and has now graduated with flying colours. Even at such a young age, he has proved to be an invaluable resource for the team and is a strong contributor towards managing client relationships, solving operational challenges and setting new goals to surpass past performance. An innovator by nature, Michael brings a youthful enthusiasm to the team with his creative ideas and passion for the maritime industry to transform and make a difference.
