GAURAV SAINI

Gaurav Saini has over two decades of leadership and commercial experience across the maritime, FMCG and B2B sectors, with international exposure spanning Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. His career has been shaped by building and scaling businesses in complex, competitive environments, with a strong focus on execution, discipline and sustainable growth. After taking on leadership of TECO Chemicals’ sales and marketing function in 2015, Gaurav went on to assume the role of Managing Partner and CEO, where he has been instrumental in transforming the company into a globally recognised marine chemicals platform. Under his leadership, TECO Chemicals has strengthened its international footprint and expanded its integrated solutions portfolio. With a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Gaurav combines strategic clarity with commercial and technical insight, enabling practical, scalable outcomes for clients worldwide. He is known for his measured leadership style, commitment to people development and belief in long-term partnerships. Outside work, Gaurav is a keen sportsman and an avid follower of cricket.

TORE ENGER

Tore Enger, born in 1963, founded TECO Group in 1994. TECO stands for “Tore Enger Company”. TECO Chemicals is a first baby of Tore under TECO Maritime Group AS. Tore is a true entrepreneur and has initiated a large number of products and services to the Maritime Industry throughout the last 25 years. He has an extensive network in the Industry and thus crucial for TECO Tech’s entrance to shipowners. Tore was also the Chairman and major shareholder in Scanship Holding ASA, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange for approx. 10 years, (2008 –2017).

SIGURD GAARDER LANGE

Sigurd Gaarder Lange, born in 1975 is a partner and director in TECO Group since 2005. Lange has for the last 18 years held various Board and management positions in the maritime industry, among them several public listed companies, including stock listed companies like Scanship Holding AS.

ANDREAS WESSEL

Andreas Wessel is the newest addition to our maritime family in Norway. As the Regional Sales & Operations Manager, Andreas will primarily focus his efforts in forging stronger, deeper connections with new and existing partners in the Western Hemisphere. He will be the dedicated bridge providing support on market access, personalized service and a doorway to our maritime products and services. Andreas has more than a decade of experience in the marine industry with both commercial and sales operational exposure. Through his work with frame agreements, setting strategy and solving operational challenges, Andreas possesses extensive knowledge across vessel segments, markets and customer types. He holds a business degree (MA) from the University of Edinburgh with a robust understanding of the international maritime landscape.

MANOLIS TSOLAKIS

Manolis is a dedicated and innovative professional with extensive experience leading business development, sales and account management operations for large corporations, specializing in the marine industry in his native Greek market for more than a decade. He brings with him a robust approach to increasing revenue opportunities and driving process improvements across various channels with client satisfaction as his primary objective. Manolis will be leading the TECO Chemicals flagship in Greece, to establish an impactful presence in the marine community and focus on synergizing relationships with new and existing partners to drive and deliver results.

GEORGE KONTOPOULOS

George brings valuable hands-on industry experience from his previous role as a Tank and Hold Cleaning Specialist and Sales Advisor, combined with a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Shipping. In his new role, George will be supporting the expansion of our customer base in Greece, developing new commercial opportunities, strengthening key client relationships, and driving value-driven partnerships across the region.

THOMAS MARVIG RASMUSSEN

With over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, Thomas brings deep, hands-on expertise in tank and hold cleaning, supported by a strong operational background onboard LPG and product tankers, as well as in commercial tanker operations. Since 2008, his focus has been firmly on tank and hold cleaning, where he has built a reputation for technical excellence, reliability and getting the job done — end to end. Thomas combines strong technical knowledge with proven leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Known for his practical mindset and professional approach, he has consistently delivered results while building long-standing, trusted relationships with clients.

SØREN FREIESLEBEN

Soren has over 20 years of experience in shipping and maritime operations, supported by a strong global network across the industry. Søren has been internationally stationed for more than four years in Singapore and the United States, gaining valuable hands-on experience in some of the world’s most demanding maritime markets. Over the past nine years, he has focused on cleaning chemicals and equipment, including the development and invention of specialized high-pressure cleaning technology; further strengthening our technical innovation and advisory capabilities.

SISSI QUACH

Sissi Quach joins TECO Chemicals as Director Sales West, bringing 27+ years of maritime industry experience, spanning bunkers, fuel trading, procurement, voyage optimization, vessel operations and sales leadership. Her hands-on background across Panamax and Handymax dry bulk vessels, combined with international market experience (including West Africa) and six years in tank and hold cleaning advisory, reinforces our ability to deliver timely, operationally critical solutions to our customers worldwide.

Alafiyah Stationwalla has joined our dynamic team as Sales Manager. With qualified local experience in the marine segment, Alafiyah brings with her a diverse skill set encompassing proficiencies in trading, sales, market research, operations as well as excellence in customer service and client liaison. A graduate from the University of Bradford, she will prioritize her endeavours in forging stronger, deeper connections with new and existing partners, focusing on personalized service to provide seamless and impeccable access to our maritime products and services.

With solid experience in the maritime and shipping industry across Singapore and Greater China, Gloria brings with her a proven track record in regional market development, contract negotiation and client relationship management. Prior to joining TECO, Gloria was instrumental in managing key accounts across Singapore and Taiwan, driving commercial growth and building long-term partnerships in the region. Her passion for supporting sustainable, forward-looking solutions in shipping aligns strongly with our values and vision. Gloria will play a key role in expanding our presence across Asia Pacific, working closely with clients to deliver tailored marine chemical solutions that meet evolving industry needs.

Mathias brings a diverse and well-rounded background from across the TECO Group. Over the past six years, he has held key roles in operations, business development and executive support at TECO 2030, gaining deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the maritime sector’s evolving focus on sustainable solutions. His journey with the Group also includes international experience giving him valuable exposure to both the commercial and technical dimensions of the business, further strengthening his global perspective. Known for his structured mindset and proactive approach, Mathias now plays an integral role in supporting the sales team. He handles customer follow-ups, order coordination, and daily operational support, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Max Jonsson joins the team as an Operations Assistant at our Lysaker office bringing with him a strong academic background, holding a bachelor’s degree in Shipping Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Ålesund. In addition to his academic achievements, Max has gained valuable hands-on experience as a vessel operator at Stenersen Chartering and has further enhanced his business acumen through a one-year course in Business Administration. Sharma is a seasoned maritime professional with over 19 years of expertise in procurement, operations and supply chain management. Nichlas holds a bachelor’s degree in Shipping and Logistics from The University of South-Eastern Norway, and has also completed financial courses from prestigious Ivy League institutions such as Yale University and The University of Pennsylvania. IOANNA KARDIAKOU

Ioanna is a Bachelor’s Graduate in Public Administration and has acquired her Master’s in Shipping Management in Greece. Her previous experience includes working as a Logistics Assistant in a Greek shipping company and as a Tax Auditor with PWC before joining TECO Chemicals in 2023 based at our office in Athens. She is fluent in four languages: Greek, Italian, French and English, giving her an edge in collaborating with most of our international partners. With her personable nature and effective communication skills, she is well-placed to provide adequate support for success.

Elise Tengesdal joins the team as a Maritime Operations Assistant at TECO, bringing with her a solid academic foundation, having recently completed a bachelor's degree in Shipping Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Ålesund, Norway. CAPTAIN MAGNOR SKOGVOLD

Operating from Houston for TECO Chemicals since 2013 as Port Captain, Supercargo, with consultancy and sales in the US region. 15 years of sea experience onboard, oil, product and Chemical tankers as 3 rd , 2 nd , Chief Officer and Captain. 2 years as Cargo Officer, Port Captain at the port of Rotterdam, worked for one of the biggest and leading chemical carriers in the world and in addition 2 years as ship operator and director of Operations. Certified as teacher at Nautical College, Extra Master and Master licensed, Chief Officer certificate, 3rd and 2nd officer certificate and background from Norwegian Nautical School, 4 years study.

SAJITH MURIKKOLI

Sajith started his career with petroleum/petrochemical industry as cargo surveyor for tanker loadings with SGS Inspection services in the year 1993, placed at Al-Jubail, KSA and later he joins Saybolt Inspection services, South Africa as senior surveyor, supervisor, trainer, and quality control. Year 1999 he joined United Nations Oil expert team in Iraq on the Oil for food program, working initially on the quantity and quality monitoring for the oil export and later won the end use monitoring of the refinery spares. This also included verification and assessment of refinery needs to sustain/enhance the production of oil within the UN brief. Year 2004 he was assigned as operations manager for Saybolt Iraq, limited for establishing post war company operations. Lead participation in commercial post war developments including staff recruitment for WFP aid monitoring team. Year 2005 he was assigned as operations manager of Saybolt Inspection Services in Saudi Arabia based in Al-Jubail, KSA. During this tenure he was able to identify the area where his experience can be utilized better for vessel operators and charterers to prepare cargo tanks to wall wash standard. This led to discussions and forming L&I Maritime services in Fujairah, UAE. From 2007 till 2019 worked as Operations Director for L&I maritime Services UAE providing supercargo services and other tank cleaning assistance to ship owners, operators, and charters. May 2021 Sajith joined TEO Chemicals as Supercargo based in Fujairah to provide tank cleaning assistance to ship owners, operators, and charters

CAPTAIN NEERAJ BHARTI

Captain Neeraj Bharti is our Supercargo specialist based out of India, cementing our very first active presence in the emerging superpower. He is a master mariner with a recognized proficiency in leading the entire gamut of shipboard operations including exceptional operations, resource management, quality control systems, safety operations and communication skills validated by more than 20 years of experience and a proven track record of surpassing performance outcomes. With hands-on tanker experience onboard oil and chemical tankers, his expertise covers handling varieties of parcel chemicals ranging from vegetable oils, acids, alkalis, flammable cargoes and highly toxic cargoes. Captain Neeraj has prepared vessels for oil-major and CDI vetting inspections, class surveys, audits and various port state inspections. His current scope focuses on executing tank cleaning operations for DPP to CPP conversions. Having amassed past capabilities in esteemed organizations such as the Shipping Corporation of India, Anglo Eastern Ship management, IINO lines, FCC and WOMAR in his seafaring career, we are excited to welcome him onboard and look forward to rendering his professional competence to our valued clients.

Bringing over 10 years of accounting experience in the TECO Group, Celina contributes extensive expertise in various aspects of accountancy. Celina holds a MSc in Business with a major in Accounting and Business Control from BI Norwegian Business School.

ANJALI JAIN

Ms Anjali Jain is a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from University of Calcutta, India. She went on to pursue Chartered Accountancy as a career and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2007 from India. Post qualification her first job was with Deloitte Consulting one of the big Four Audit Firms Present in India. In 2008, she migrated to Singapore and started her career with Natarajan & Swaminathan, a renowned Audit firm in the Statutory Audit division to get a better understanding and exposure of the Singapore Corporate Laws and Regulations. Finance and Accountancy being the subjects of her interest, she went on to peruse a career in Trade Finance and Accountancy by first working with various renowned Singapore based Multinational Commodity Trading Companies and the same time while pursuing her further academic interests and subsequently obtained the coveted CPA (Certified Public Accounts) degree in Singapore in the year 2012.
